Is it new that Wordfence is checking Google unsafe URL list?

Over the weekend Wordfence noted that two links on a page we posted in February of 2017 are flagged by Google as unsafe. WordPress version history shows no changes to the page since publication, and the links are not links we would have published with. So we’re trying to understand the timeframe for when the links could have been changed: If Wordfence is newly checking the Google unsafe URL list, then the change could have been anytime in the last 14 months and covered up. But if Wordfence has been checking the Google unsafe URL list all along, the change (and cover up) occurred this past weekend. Sure, the third option is that Google newly decides the replacement link is unsafe, but since the replacement link is http://prweb.net/Redirect.aspx?id=<base64encode_of_original_link> we’re guessing this “unsafe URL” has been around for a while.
We’ll be pulling database backups to see if we can narrow down the timeframe, but I thought I’d check here to see this is new Wordfence behavior or not.
