Links in email don’t work; have to access from WP Admin Comments

Hi everyone:

I recently installed this plugin to trial it, and for the most part, it works.

Unfortunately, the links in the emails do not. When someone comments, I receive the “please moderate” email.

The links for “approve it”, “trash it”, and “spam it” do not work.

The links in the email are:
http://mydomain.com/dl/wp-admin/comment.php?action=approve&c=4#wpbody-content

and it returns “Server cannot find the file you requested. The Page has either been moved or deleted, or you entered the wrong URL or document name. Look at the URL. If a word looks misspelled, then correct it and try it again. If that doesn’t work You can try our search option to find what you are looking for.”

The only way I can approve comments is to go into my WordPress Admin page, click on “Comments | All Comments” and click “approve” for each one.

Our WordPress is configured so that it’s installed in a “subdirectory” (in this case, “dl”, but people access the site going to:
http://mydomain.com
as per this article:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Giving_WordPress_Its_Own_Directory

Would that affect the links in the email? Or is there something else going on?

Thank you.
